It happens to the best of us. You've lost your password! No problem, we're here to help. When you use an incorrect password on the login screen, you will see a notification.

Click on Forgot Password? on the login screen. Enter your email address on the next screen and click Continue. You will see a message on the screen indicating that an email has been sent to your email address. You can close this window if you like.

Go to your inbox and open the email. If you don't see an email, check your spam folder. Click on Confirm password change in the email.

A new window will open in your browser. Choose a new password here. Then confirm your new password. Click on Reset password. โ€‹ You will now be automatically taken to the login screen. You can log in with your new password.
