To log in to the app you need a vPlan user account. You cannot create an account yourself via the app. Don't have an account yet? Your company's vPlan Administrator can send you an invitation to create an account. See also: Invitation procedure new user.
Login
Open the vPlan app on your mobile phone or tablet. On the login screen you must enter your username and password. Your username is the email address you were invited to. You can enter your username with or without capital letters.
You chose the password yourself when you accepted the invitation to vPlan.
Once you have entered both details, click on log in and you will be taken to the dashboard of the app. Now continue to Step 3: set up your dashboard with widgets.
Tip
Have you forgotten your password? No problem! Press Forgot password on the login screen. You will then be sent to a new window where you must enter your username. Your username is your email address. Then press the green button to receive an email to reset your password.
