When you have invited a user to vPlan, that person receives an email to complete their account setup. If they forget to do this or cannot find the email, you can resend the invitation:
Go to Settings via the vPlan menu bar on the left
Then, navigate to Users in the menu bar
Click the arrow at the end of the row for the relevant user.
Select Resend.
The user will now receive a new email to confirm their account.
Tip
In the overview of users, you should see that the user's status is Invited. If the user's status is Active, you cannot send a new invitation. The user has already registered themselves. In that case, the user can reset their password themselves. You can learn how to do this at: Forgot your password?
