How do I re-invite a user?

When you have invited a user to vPlan, that person receives an email to complete their account setup. If they forget to do this or cannot find the email, you can resend the invitation:

  • Go to Settings via the vPlan menu bar on the left

  • Then, navigate to Users in the menu bar

  • Click the arrow at the end of the row for the relevant user.

  • Select Resend.

The user will now receive a new email to confirm their account.

Tip
In the overview of users, you should see that the user's status is Invited. If the user's status is Active, you cannot send a new invitation. The user has already registered themselves. In that case, the user can reset their password themselves. You can learn how to do this at: Forgot your password?
