It can happen to anyone. You can't remember the password to log in to the vPlan Go app. This article explains what you can do to log in again.
In vPlan Go you use the same username and password as in the web version of vPlan. If you really can't remember your password, it is best to reset it.
Open the vPlan Go app
2. Click on Forgot Password
Enter your e-mail address here. Then press the green button.
You will now receive an e-mail from vPlan. Please open your e-mail and click on the link in the e-mail.
Enter a new password twice and press Save.
Tip
When choosing a password, remember to use at least a number and a capital letter.
Please close this screen.
Open the new vPlan Go app, and log in with your email address and your new password.
