If you look at your planning board and think you are missing tickets, you can check the following.

1. Do you happen to have a search command at the top of vPlan? When a search command is entered in the search bar, vPlan hides all the cards that do not match your search. This can make it seem as if your planning board is empty. If you remove your search query, all the cards will be displayed again.

2. Have you set up a filter? In vPlan you can easily filter on tickets that are important to you. You can hide completed tickets, or only show tickets with a certain label.
If you think you are missing tickets, try resetting your filter to its default value:

3. Have your tickets been (accidentally) archived? If you really can't find a ticket, please check if it hasn't been archived by accident. To do this, go to Browse in the left-hand menu bar ofPlan. This will take you to the overview of all cards within vPlan. If a card still exists in vPlan, it should always be available here.

It is best to set the browse filter at the top right to All. You can then search within all possible states of a card.

Then search for the title of the card. To the right of the card you will see the status, such as Unplanned (ticket is in the backlog) Planned (ticket is planned) or Archived (ticket is archived).

For planned cards you can click on the > icon on the far right to go to the card in your planning board. When the cards are archived, you can place them back in the backlog at the same location.
