Once you have added new users in settings, they will receive an email to confirm their account. Until they complete the steps in this e-mail, they will remain on invited in vPlan.
After the new users are invited, an e-mail is automatically sent to the entered e-mail address. By clicking on the Accept invite button in this email, you will be redirected to a page where you can create your own password and complete the rest of your account.
Once you have created your password, you can log into vPlan. Clicking on your initials in the top left corner will take you to your profile and complete your account.
