Step 4: view your planning
Updated over a week ago

View your planning in a list or calendar

In the previous article we explained how you can quickly create specific overviews for yourself. This article explains how to view your general planning.

To quickly browse through your entire planning, you can go to the list view in the bottom menu bar of the app.
This will open a list of planned cards per day. At the top of the overview you will see a weekly calendar that you can scroll through and open a specific day. You can also use the filter in this overview determine which cards you want to show in the planning.

With the search function at the top right of the overview you can search for specific cards in your planning.

Would you rather see an infinite list of your planning without having to browse through weekdays? You can then disable the calendar at the top left by choosing list instead of list per day.

You can now scroll infinitely in your planning.

View your planning per board

Do you work with multiple planboards and would you like to view the planning of a specific board?

Then open the board overview in the bottom menu bar of the app. Choose the board you want to open. You will end up in the calendar of the chosen board. This overview corresponds to the overview we described earlier, but focuses on one planboard.
At the top of the overview you can choose to show your planning in a different way:

List: a continuous list of your planning that you can scroll through indefinitely.
List per day: your planning in a weekly calendar. You can open the planning per day.
Calendar: a calendar view that shows your planning according to time.
Capacity: a view that gives you an overview of the load on your capacity.
Kanban: show the status of your plan cards in simple status columns.
Backlog: unplanned work (only for Planners and Administrators).

Once you know how you prefer to view the planning, go to the next step: Step 5: open and update your cards.
