vPlan app settings

Open the vPlan app and open the menu by tapping the three lines in the top left corner. At the bottom of the menu, you’ll see your name and avatar, with three dots next to them. Tap the three dots and select Settings.

Under Settings, you’ll find options for Card preferences, Notifications, Profile selection after inactivity, and the Terms of use and Privacy policy.

Cards in the vPlan app can be customized based on your personal preferences. You can decide which information is most important to see at first glance, and what details you want to display on a card. This section explains how to set that up.

List

If you choose List in your card preferences, you can define which information is shown directly in your main planning overview. The preferences you set here determine what you see in the dashboard and in the list view of the app.

Calendar

If you use the calendar view in the vPlan app, you can choose which information is displayed on the cards within the calendar.

Card

Within the card itself, you can also choose which information to show or hide. This controls what details are visible once you open a card.
For example, if you don’t use due dates, you can disable them so they no longer appear on your cards. You can also change the order of different card sections. For instance, if you want to see custom fields at the top and attachments at the bottom. You can adjust the order by dragging and dropping.

Binnen de app kun je instellen over welke acties je notificaties wilt ontvangen, en op welke manier. De instellingen die je hier aanpast worden automatisch ook in de webversie van vPlan doorgevoerd, en andersom. Zo blijven jouw voorkeuren overal gelijk.

In the app, you can configure which actions you’d like to receive notifications for, and how you want to receive them. The settings you change here are automatically applied in the web version of vPlan as well, and vice versa, ensuring your preferences stay consistent across all platforms.

If multiple users share one device, you can easily switch between profiles. With this option, you can choose whether and when you want to select the correct profile again after a certain period of inactivity.
