In the vPlan app, you’ll find the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. From here, you can navigate to Planning.
The Planning section gives you an instant overview of all the tasks planned for you, regardless of which board they belong to. This overview brings everything together in one place, so you can easily see what needs to be done today, what’s coming up later in the week or month, and how much work is currently planned.
Within Planning, you can choose between two different views. The daily list view displays all your tasks in chronological order, grouped by day. This is useful when you want a quick overview of what’s planned for today or later in the week. The calendar view shows your assignments laid out by time, allowing you to see exactly when something is planned and where you still have open time slots. Both are explained in more detail in this article.
The Planning section is especially helpful for quickly getting an overview of your own work, without needing to open multiple boards. You’ll always have a clear view of upcoming tasks and how much space is left in your planning.
