When you use our Exact Online link there will be an exchange of data every 10 to 15 minutes. vPlan checks whether there are new or changed orders and retrieves this data.
In addition, a so-called full-run will be done once every 24 hours (at night). This also updates master data such as articles, relations and addresses in vPlan.
Tip
You can also start the sync manually. To do this, go from vPlan in the menu bar to Settings and then to Integrations. Then click on the Edit button of your Exact Online link. In the control panel of your link, click the purple Synchronise changes button.
