Sometimes you want to plan an order as soon as it is created in Exact Online. The interval between vPlan and Exact Online is about 10 - 15 minutes, to minimize data traffic.
However there is a possibility to manually start the connection in case you need to.
To do this you can follow these steps (only available for Administrators):
1. In the left-hand menu bar of vPlan, go to Settings. You are now in the Settings of vPlan.
2. In the left-hand menu of vPlan, go to Integrations
3. Then click on the Edit button in your Exact Online integration which is the left one of the three bubbles.
You are now in the configuration page of your Exact Online connection.
4. Halfway down the page click on Synchronise changes.
The integration will now immediately start to retrieve new and changed orders from Exact Online.
Note
To avoid unnecessary data traffic you can't use this button continuously.
Tip
You also have the option of Full Sync. This will re-synchronize all the data from Exact Online into vPlan such as customers, items, activities and so on. Normally you shouldn't need this.
