In vPlan, you can ensure that users are only allowed to see cards that are assigned to them. This can be very useful when hiring external resources or freelancers.
To ensure that a user can only see his or her own tickets, your setup in vPlan must meet the following conditions:
The user must also be a resource in vPlan
The resource must be linked to the user in the user account

To link a user to a resource, go to Settings in the left menu and then to Users. You will now see a list of all existing users. Open the profile of the user you want to link to a resource by clicking on the name, and then click Edit in the upper right corner. When you scroll down, you will see Linked to. Click on it and select the resource. When you have done this, a switch Access to assigned cards only will appear. Turn it on and the user will only see the cards to which the corresponding resource is assigned.
