At vPlan, it is possible to temporarily grant the support department access to your environment. If you cannot resolve an issue yourself, or if the problem is difficult to solve via tickets or phone contact, our support department can look into your environment directly. This allows for a solution-oriented approach.

To grant the support department access, go to the Settings. You do this by clicking on the gear icon at the top right. You will land on the General page. Then, in the menu bar on the left, go to Security. Here you will find the Remote support section.

You can select a period of 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. This determines how long our support department can log into your environment. Click the green button afterwards, and access will be granted.

You can revoke this access at any time by clicking the Revoke access button. This button will appear automatically once access is granted.
