It can happen to anyone, you’ve forgotten your password to log in to the vPlan app. In this article, we’ll explain what you can do to regain access.
In the vPlan app, you use the same username and password as in the web version of vPlan. If you no longer remember your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
Open the vPlan app
Tap Forgot password
Enter your email address and click the green button
You’ll receive an email from vPlan, open it and click the link inside
Choose a new password, confirm it, and then click Save
Tip
When creating a new password, make sure to include at least one number and one uppercase letter.
After that, you can close the window. Open the vPlan app again and log in with your email address and new password.
