How can I make a list of registered time per resource?
How can I make a list of registered time per resource?
Updated over a week ago

If you want to see the registered time per resource per period, it is best to use the list view of vPlan. This can be seen as a deluxe excel where you decide which columns you want to show, for which machines and period.

1. In vPlan, go to the List view:

2. Select in the top left the period over which you want to see the time records, in this case the period Year:

3. In the top right of the list view, set the list view to Resources.

Basically, you now have an overview of all orders that have been planned per machine in the current year. In the middle of the page you can go back to 2020 by using the arrows (< today >) to go back one period.

You now only need to add the correct data to the list view, in this case estimate, registered time and any remaining time. You can add this as a column to your list.

4. To see the estimated times and registered times, go to the icon to add columns in the top right corner:

5. Add the columns related to time attendance, and change the order of the columns if necessary (for more information on column ordering, see also: Add columns in list view.

6. Click Save to add the columns to your list.

The result is that you have a yearly overview per resource of all orders that were planned, the estimate, the registered time and the remaining time.

The image below shows approximately what this might look like. See also the sum of all time records at the bottom of the list.

You can create even more specific overviews (e.g. per machine, or per status) by using the vPlan filter. For more explanation see Filter in list view
