If you want to view the tracked time per period for each resource, it's best to use the list view in vPlan. Here, you can decide which columns to display, for which resources, and for which period.
Go to the List view in vPlan
Select the period you want to review the time registrations for, located at the top left of the screen—for example, the Year period.
In the top right of the list view, click on the icon with people to switch the list to the Resources overview.
At this stage, you already have an overview of all the orders that were scheduled per resource for the current year. To view past periods, use the arrows in the middle of the page (< today >) to navigate back, for example, to 2020.
Now, all you need to do is add the appropriate data to the list view. In this case, you can add estimated time, registered time, and, optionally, remaining time. These can be added as columns to your list.
To make the estimated and registered times visible, go to the column icon in the top right to add columns.
Add the columns related to time registration, and adjust the order of the columns if necessary.
Tip
For more information on column configuration, see: Adding columns in list view
You now have an annual overview per resource of all planned orders, including the estimate, registered time, and remaining time.
The image below shows an example of how this could look. Note the total of all time registrations at the bottom of the list.
Tip
You can create even more specific overviews (e.g., per resource or per status) by using the vPlan filter. For more details, see Filtering in list view.
