This article explains the capacity tab. This is where you link your resources to your planboard, and to a particular stage.
Click Add resource to add new resources to the planboard. Here you will see all the resources you have added to your environment. Search by resource name. Select the appropriate resource(s). Click Close to return. The resource is added to the planboard.
You now see an overview where you can link the resources to the different stages. Select the stage the resource is working on, and enter the percentage of his or her availability. This percentage determines what percentage of his schedule this resource is available on the stage. It is possible to divide the availability over several stages. If an employee works on one stage by default (100%), but can possibly be deployed on another stage, enter 0% for this stage(s). It is possible in the planboard to move the capacity of this employee over these stages.
Tip
Use the drag and drop icon to change the order of resources (the order here determines the order in your plan board).
By clicking on the icon at the end of the line, you can simply remove an employee from the planboard:
At the bottom of the screen, click the Save button to make changes.
