With personal preferences in vPlan, you can customize the application to match the way you work. These settings allow you to adjust the language, theme, notifications, and the visibility of certain features. Your preferences are personal and do not affect other users.
You can open your preferences in two ways:
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Preferences.
The preferences are divides into two categories, General and Access options.
General
Language
Under General, you can select your preferred language. The available languages are English, Dutch, German, Spanish and French. If you do not select a language yourself, vPlan automatically uses your browser's preferred language.
Theme
Choose the theme that best suits your way of working. vPlan offers three themes, light, grey and dark. A preview is displayed for each theme so you can immediately see what vPlan will look like.
You can also choose to have the theme automatically follow your operating system settings. For example, if your system is set to dark mode, vPlan will automatically use the dark theme as well.

Confetti for completed cards
Would you like to see a celebratory animation when you complete a card? Simply enable this option.
Show action menu immediately
Choose when the bulk action menu should appear. You can have it displayed as soon as you select a single card, or only after selecting multiple cards.
