What you can do is to assign each resource to a card with the fixed location as the address. Assign no planned date to this card so that it is always displayed in your planning, regardless of the period you are viewing. Then, lock the card so that its order cannot be changed. You will need this card twice: once for the beginning of the day and once for the end of the day. Between these two fixed cards, you can shape your planning.
