vPlan has a limit of files that you can store in our database. The size of your storage depends on the subscription package you use with vPlan. You can find more information about this at Types of subscriptions.


When your vPlan storage is full, you can purchase additional data bundles. If you want more information about this, please contact our support department.

You can also delete old data in vPlan. Just follow these steps:


1. In the menu bar of vPlan, go to Settings.
2. Then go to General in the menu bar.
3. At the bottom of the page you will find your storage.
4. Click on the storage bar to display your files. These are all the files that you and other users in your company have uploaded while using vPlan.

If you click on the File column you can sort by the size of the file. The Name column indicates the card where the file was uploaded.


On the right-hand side you can download the file and/or delete it from your storage permanently.
