In order to provide you with the best possible service, we have set up a Support Selfservice Portal at vPlan. Here you can read articles to set up or use vPlan, submit a ticket when you have problems or comments and register with vPlan Support.
To get to the support page of vPlan, click on the "question mark" icon in your vPlan account at the bottom left of the screen, as shown below. You will now be automatically redirected to our support page. You can also manually browse to support.vplan.nl/hc/en
When you have clicked on the "question mark", you will see the screen below. Under the search bar, you can browse articles per category. You can also search for articles through the search bar on top of the page.
On this page you also have the possibility to submit a Request, so that it can be picked up by the vPlan team. This will be described more specifically in the article "Submit a request".
Finally, on this page you can Sign in for vPlan's support page. This will be explained in more detail in the article "Sign up for Support".
