With the automation ''When collection is created, set expiration date by creation date plus/minus number of working days'' you can ensure that a card in vPlan automatically gets an expiration date based on the date you create it.
The expiration date in vPlan is the deadline date of a planning card.
This automation is very useful when you as a company, for example, use a standard delivery time of three weeks for orders or assignments.
The parameters you set are plus/min and number of days. You set how many days the expiration date should be set earlier or later than the creation date. The creation date is the date on which you create the card in vPlan (in the backlog or on the planning board).
Example:
A wholesaler uses a standard delivery time of two weeks after a sales order has been created. They want vPlan to set this latest delivery date itself.
