Within the Timeline you can work with three different views:
- Stages
- Resources
- Cards (Order level)
Important:
Within the Timeline view, the order is determined by the start date. The earlier the start date, the higher the timeline is in the overview. If this is the same as other timelines, the closest end date counts.
Each status has a colour within vPlan. The status determines which colour the card has.
Stages
Within stages, the set stages are shown on the left side of the column. Collections can go over several stages. The timeline representation looks within the stages as follows:
Resources
Within the Resource overview, you have a view of all linked resources within the scheduling board. When linked to a strip of resources, the strip will automatically be assigned to the resources.
In addition, there is an extra part, namely Not assigned. This shows all cards that are not assigned to a resource. Of course, you can easily change this by opening the card and adding a resource to it.
Cards
Finally, we have an overview with cards. Here you can view orders on collection level. The cards are put together from different stages. The order of the stages is as followed.
