Whether you want to print a weekly schedule or do your own analyses on time registration. Exporting data from vPlan is done using the list view.
The list view is ideal for this, as you can use flexible column arrangement and filters to determine exactly what you want to export.
You can make a simple export as follows:
1. Go to the list view in vPlan.
2. Determine which columns you want to export using the Flexible column arrangement icon in the upper right.

3. Then filter what you do or do not want to see with the vPlan filter (such as, which period, which status, which resources).

4. Once you have generated the result you want, click the Export to CSV button at the top right of the list view.
An Excel export file is generated and downloaded. In this example, all orders in Production and Assembly scheduled for 25 May have been selected with the label Priority:
