In addition to the standard notifications from vPlan, you can configure your notifications in the automation centre.
There are several options available that can ''trigger'' the notification.
- Notification when a label is added.
- Notification when a status is changed.
As always, with these automations, you can decide which conditions apply, and to which users the notifications are sent.
In this article, the automations above are explained together with examples.
For standard vPlan notifications, please visit: Notification Centre
If you want to know what automations are and how to set them up, go to How do automations work?
1. Notification when a label is added.
If you want to send a notification when a label is added to a card, you can set one of these automations:

Notifying followers is great to combine with the automation: Automatically add followers based on assigned resources and the automation: Automatic card tracking when a collection of cards is created
More information about the ''Card Tracking'' function can be found at: Follow card
2. Notification when a status is changed.
If you want to send a notification when another user changes the status of a card, you can set the following automation:
A variant of this automation is also available that notifies all followers of a card.
The conditions for sending notifications that you can set are Stage (determine for which stage(s) of the planning board the notification is applicable), Status (choose at which status change the notification should be sent) and User (choose one or more users who should receive the notification).
When the last card of a job in your process is completed, you want to receive a notification. You then set up the automation as follows:
