A card in vPlan Go displays as much information as possible which you also see in vPlan (web). Information such as the title, date, description, the stage in which the map is planned, the information from your possible ERP integration, and everything that is captured in extra fields.
Floating across the screen you will find a round button to adjust the status of a card to the next status (arrow to the right). When the last status has been reached, you can also move the card back to the first status (back arrow).
Add attachment, photo or digital signature
Floating across the screen you will find a round purple 'Action' button with which you can perform actions within your plan card. You can add images or files to the card. This can be an existing file from your mobile device, or open your camera to directly take a picture and insert it into your map. In addition, you can also have a digital signature placed on location, for example when you have digitalized your work orders via vPlan or after delivery.
View or fill custom fields
View the completed extra fields from vPlan, or complete them yourself.
At this moment, all custom fields you could already use in the web version of vPlan are also available in vPlan Go on your mobile. You can view them, fill them in or change them, but you can also perform an action if there is an icon on them. For example, starting a phone call by clicking on the phone icon or visiting a website by clicking on the globe. You can also easily start Google or Apple Maps by clicking on the address icon.
Search an address via Google
In vPlan Go you can search for addresses through our integration with Google Places/Maps. Simply click on your address field and a new window will open in which you can search for an address.
You can then use this address in vPlan Go to quickly and easily start your navigation in Google Maps or Apple Maps. This is done by clicking on the address icon next to the field.
Easily add a reaction to the card. Type your reaction and click on the send-icon to add it. If desired, add an emoticon to your message.
In the message center of vPlan Go you'll find all the notifications that are important to you. Like cards in which you are mentioned in a response, or cards to which you are assigned as a resource.
The message center can be opened by clicking on the right icon in the menu bar in vPlan Go:
There is a list of all the relevant notifications. The most recent ones are at the top, and the notifications you haven't opened yet are shown in light purple.
If you click on them you go directly to the relevant card.
