Activities are work activities with a duration, which can be minutes, hours or days. Activities can be added to cards or collections.
An activity always has a type: Employee, Machine or Space. This determines to which resource the activity can be attributed. The activity will also have an impact on this type of resource capacity.
A new activity can be added easily and quickly. Go to the settings and click on "Activities" under the heading Configuration.
Here you can click on the button "Add activity" in the top right corner of the page.
Give the activity a Description, Code, Type, Default duration, and possibly a Maximum duration per day for the activity. Finally, you can add a Preferred resource.

Click on "Save" to permanently add the activity.
You can add an unlimited number of activities. Activities need to be linked in the planning board to use them. We will show this later in this guide.
